In the LEINN degree the learning method is based on team learning by creating. It places the people and the entrepreneurial team at the center of the learning experience and involves the creation and development of real creative entrepreneurial projects. The team is the key element of the process that allows the necessary skills and competencies to be developed through continuous practice.
The key to personal development is the constant interaction with the real world:
to create real projects managed by the entrepreneurial team from the first day, working with real clients.
The LEINNers will be involved in cultural immersion in each destination where they have the opportunity to become global professionals by meeting and interacting with diverse creative individuals as well as building genuine connections.
