The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao and LEINN Arts close a collaboration that will help Art LEINNers become professionals in the cultural sector.

The cultural entrepreneurs from the program LEINN Arts have worked for the last 8 weeks with the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, responding to some strategic challenges of the museum such as digitalizing the visitor´s experiences and reaching younger audiences.

Through this collaboration, Art LEINNers have had the opportunity to learn how the cultural sector works and understand which are its strategic needs. As well as they have had the opportunity to reflect on the future of the Creative and Cultural Industries working hand in hand with the team from The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. The Art LEINNers have worked on the challenge of digitalizing the museum experience by using new technologies such as iBeacons and attracting young audiences by creating social media plans on Instagram and TikTok.

The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, designed by the Canadian architect Frank O. Gehry, is part of the Guggenheim Network and is one of the museums linked to it, along with the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum Foundation in New York, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice and the future Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, created in 1937 for the promotion of modern art.
